About Us

Your Neighbors,
Not Contractors

Manhattan H S was founded on a simple idea: your home deserves the same care and attention as your job does. We grew up in this city, we live here too, and we know what Manhattan homes need — because we've worked on them.

We're not a franchise that dispatches random crews. When you call us, you get a team that shows up on time, explains the work before starting, and leaves your space cleaner than we found it. That's just how we were raised.

What Clients Say

Trusted by Manhattan Residents

"Called about a persistent leak under my kitchen sink. They came the next morning, fixed it in an hour, and didn't try to upsell me on things that didn't need attention. Honest, fast, and reasonably priced — exactly what I was looking for."

Sarah M. Upper West Side

"I had three different contractors tell me my bathroom electrical needed a full panel swap. Manhattan H S came in, diagnosed the real issue, and fixed it for a fraction of the cost. I wish I'd called them first."

David L. Midtown West

"They painted my entire apartment — prep, primer, two coats — and left it looking like a model unit. The crew was quiet, respectful, and finished on schedule. I've already recommended them to two friends."

Jennifer K. Columbus Circle
